Has anyone been approved with Aetna Qpos?

How strict are they with the 6-month supervised diet? I went to the Atkins Center in NYC in February and March and have been following the Atkins (shakes, meals, supplements, etc.) "diet" with little success. I have another appt next week before my surgeon consult. Thanks in advance.
