Atkins Chocolate Peanut butter bar? Did this make me dump?

I havent had any dumping since surgery on 7.11.2003 but today I are a little more than half of the Atkins protein bar and within 10 minutes had to rush to the bathroom with cold sweats, I also felt exhausted suddenly. The bar has 1 g of sugar, 12 g fat and 2 net carbs. Was this dumping and if so why would this cause it?
