Before and after pics?

I am looking for any before and after pictures that people who are of similar stature to me can send or have to share. I am having surgery in 3 weeks and unsure if the doc wants me to have a goal weight in mind. If so, I don't know what is reasonable. According to the calculator I have used online, I am small bone structure and should be 106-118 but don't know if that is too small.
