Looking for surgeon in NY who does belt lipectomy

I am looking for info from anyone who had a belt lipectomy or circumferential panniculectomy done by a plastic surgeon in NY. Our insurance will most likely be changing in 01/04 and I would like to think it would be easier for approval with the same ins. carrier. Any info would be appreciated! Thanks.
