Nausea when NOT eating?

I am 5.5 weeks post-op and for the last 2 days, I have had constant nausea. Mostly when I'm moving around alot, like walking and exercising. The nausea goes away when I eat, but comes back 45 minutes later. Drinking liquids does not help it. I can pretty much keep it at bay if I just sit around and do nothing, but that's pretty counter-productive. Anyone else experience this, or know why it's happening now? I was fine until yesterday. Also, around the same time the nausea started, I started having mild pain in the upper portion of my scar - I had open RNY. The pain is like a burning, pinchy feeling just on the scar, and it too hurts only when moving about. Help?
