Not nervous?? Am I missing something?

I am 26 days til surgery and am so amazingly calm. Is there something wrong with me? Am I missing something? Since I received my surgery date 3 months ago, I have continued my research on the subject, attend regular monthly support group meetings both in person and online and just don't have the nervousness that I have read comes before surgery.
