Has anyone with a BMI of 38 had an extra hard time getting approval from BC/BS

My BMI was 38 at initial consultation.I have several comorbities,gestational diabetes,gerd,osteoarthritis in knees,high cholesteral and hyperlipidemia(596)anxiety problems.Has anyone else with similar probs and BMI been approved by BC/BS or HMO Blue of NY?
