Change of Pace??

I am 7 weeks post op & have lost 47 pounds (Yeah!). I'm very happy with my weight loss but the last 2 weeks it has slowed down. Last week I lost 3 pounds. I haven't plateaued so I'm very fortunate. What I'm wondering is if the 3 pound loss is pretty much normal from here on out or if I should change something to spark up the melting pounds again. I am currently eating about 900 calories daily, including 2 protein shakes & protein at all 3 meals, walking an average of 1 hour daily (half the time with wrist & ankle weights), & drinking around 85 ounces of liquid daily. If I were to change one of those, which would be the best to start with??
