What fruit would you suggest?

I am almost 13 weeks post-op and have not had any fruit or fruit juice because I am deathly afraid of dumping. I have had really no problems with just about anything I've tried to eat so far and eat a wide variety. But lately I have been craving fruity/sweet things. I would love to try some fruit but want to keep the sugar content low. What would you suggest for a "beginning" fruit eater that would be low enough in sugar not to make me dump???
