Has anyone submitted nude photos to their insurance carrier?

I know this sounds pretty silly, but I am putting together a packet for my new insurance company & was thinking that to give it that extra "bang" that I would enclose some nude (nearly nude maybe w/panties & bra) photos of myself; however, I don't want to include my face. I know that it's not like they won't know who I am - but it's going to be hard enough for me to let someone take these pics (I'm even embarrassed at the thought of asking my mother). Has anyone else submitted photos like this? Did you include your face? Do you think that it even matters to them?? I just want to make sure I do it all right this time. . . Thanks so much :) ~Amanda
