I have been holding steady at 139lbs for almost two months!

I have lost and regained the same stupid 3 lbs over the last two months. I don't know what is wrong. I also eat alot of carbs. I mean alot. My diet consist of a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast (eat only half), lunch 1 peice of pizza or 1/2 of a sandwich and for dinner I eat maybe 4 or 5 tiny bites of meat, veggies and a starch. I started at 282 the day of surgery and I now weigh 139lbs. My DR says that I am right on schedule, he even showed some concern for how much weight I had lost and so fast. I still have 6 more months to lose. He declined my request for plastic surgery said that I did not need it and he said that I do not need to lose any more weight, but I have a personal goal of 125/130lbs and a size 6. I know what I want for myself and that is still very healthy. Can someone give me some advice on how I can get these last 14lbs off for good. I also have to be honest, I dont get much physical exercise other than at work and sometimes that is an awful lot. Any advice would be grealty appreciated.
