How much do you eat at 18months post op and what?

Hi, I just asked a question but here is another one I'm very interested in. I would like to know how much anyone eats at 18months post op and what are some of the types of food you eat. For me, I still measure my food because that works best for me, so if anyone still measures their food would you tell me how much you can eat and still maintain your weight, and please tell me some of the things you eat. My WLS doctor really didn't give me much information on this, but is still a good doctor, and I really would appreciate any help you could give me. Thanks so much, and wanted to say also, that I really love this site and it has helped me so much in my journey to weight loss from the beginning and from now on!
