I'M 1 WK POST OP AND CAN EAT ANYTHING, WHY DON'T I FEEL FULL?
I AM 1 WK POST-OP AND ALLREADY EATING SOLID FOODS, UPON MY SURGEON'S ADVISE. I AM SURPRISED TO SEE THAT I DON'T GET FULL WHEN I EAT. I STOP AFTER APPROXIMATELY 2 OZ. AT A TIME, NOT BECAUSE I'M FULL BUT BECAUSE I'M CAUTIOUS AND DON'T WANT TO OVER EAT. IF THE SURGERY IS SUPPOSED TO MAKE ME FEEL FULLER FASTER, HOW COME I HAVE TO TELL MY STOMACH WHEN TO STOP, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND? SHOULD I BE EATING MORE THAN 2 OZ AT A TIME OR HOW MUCH IS APPROPRIATE AT THIS STAGE? I DRINK MY WATER AND EAT PROTEINS HOWEVER, I STILL FIND MYSELF HUNGRY. I HEARD OF THIS HAPPENING LATER ON IN THE JOURNEY, NOT 1 WEEK POST-OP... PLEASE ADVISE - THANKS
