I haven't lost weight

I havent been good these past few months. I haven't really stuck to a diet or exercised. I am going to start Monday with the protien drinks and vitamins. BUT I ntoice that my clothes are getting bigger. I'm still in a size 10 but they are loose. I feel like such a failure. That I should be at goal.I am 5 foot 6 and weigh 174-179 how much should I realisticly weigh? I feel almost thin. I love all parts of my body EXCEPT for my stomach. Just wondered what you guys thought
