I was wondering what I could do for this?

Starting last night I experienced where my legs feel like they are asleep. It is a deep achy pain asleep. I have had tingling since surgery which my doctor said if it is still there at my next appointment he will order a electrolyte study. I was wondering if this is something else or what. I know that only my surgeon can answer it absolute but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas. It kept me up some of last night and now it started again and I really don't want to be up again tonight. Thanks
