HELP?

I am considering the Lapband surgery and I have to self pay. I want to know what people think of having this done in Mexico. It is much less money and they say they are more experienced because they have been doing it for 10 years and in US for only 2. I want to make the right choice but I don't want to choose based on price (it's not worth it). Any Suggestions?
