Has anyone dumped on Crystal Light?

Just curious if anyone out there has dumped on Crystal Light. I had quite a bit of the strawberry-tangerine flavor one night and then went to bed. Not too long after, I woke up sick as a dog!!!! I am POSITIVE that I dumped. But I can't be sure if I dumped on the Crystal Light, or if it was the soup I ate for dinner. (The soup did have peas and carrots in it -- but they were very, very soft and I chewed like crazy). Anyway, just wondering if it's possible to have dumped on the Crystal Light.
