Anyone choose between the Fobi pouch and RNY?

I'm looking to talk to anyone that understands the differences between the RNY and the Fobi pouch (Transected Vertical Gastric Bypass with a Silastic Ring Band and a gastrostomy with a gastrostomy site marker, popularly known as the "Fobi-Pouch Operation for Obesity"). Which in your oppinion is better and why. All this medical mumbo is too much for me to understand. I'm thinking of changing surgeons to have a tummytuck done with my surgery but the doctor I found only does the Fobi Pouch. Please help!!!
