I'm post -op as of 6-3-03 I had open RNYwould the book pouch rules for dummies be good for me? I mean is it informative for RNY people and if so where do I find it ....My docters eating instructions where eat soft food and that about it. does the book cover stuff like that or vitimin needs? thanks for your input have a good day
