Approval with Morris Associates/Encore

I have Morris Associates/Encore insurance in Indiana. Does anyone have any knowledge on how hard it is to get approval for WLS with them? I have talked to the insurance company and they stated it has to be medically necessary. My PCP is going to write me a letter of medical necessity and I will have my surgeon write one after I meet with her. I just wondered if I should do anything else to help this get approved quickly. I would appreciate any help you could give me.
