I have submitted a request for reduction at four months post-op, what are my chances?

I have always been top heavy. I ahve really bad back pain, and rashes. I just made up my mind to submit the request for reduction to see what they would say. DO you think I have a chance? If they do accept me really wouldn't it be ok to have my breasts perky instead of long and flabby as I lose weight? I just want some thoughts. Have any of you had a reduction early on in weight loss? I have lost 62 pounds in four months and not anything in cup size. Thanks!
