Help?! Protein making me sick.

Let me be more specific. I cant seem to eat enough natural protein (meat, cheese) I just cant get it in. I was adding to my protein intake with supplements and shakes but now they're all starting to make me feel sick. Even if I can manage to gag it down, my belly starts to hurt. Milk based are completly out - that really makes me sick. The others just make me feel like I have a rock in my stomach. I haven't tried the nectar or isopure (can't find them here) but I've tried nearly every other kind of protein supplement I can find. Any ideas on why they're making me feel so gross? Anybody else have this problem?? And what do I do to get in the right amount of protein???!
