How can I maintain my weight without fat and carbs?
I'm in a bit of a pickle, hard to believe but I'm getting too skinny and my doctor wants me to eat as often and as much as possible, not a problem my appetite is pretty good and grazing used to be my mission in life. However, I should keep away from fats because I do not absord them and they give me extreme diahrea which make me loose more weight and I can not really eat any big quantity of pasta, potatoes and rice because it doesn't go down very well, at this time I'm binging on sweets most of the time, but that can't be good... how does one gain weight without fats and carbs?
