Has anyone in NY had success with Oxford Freedom Plan approving an abdominoplasty?

If your tummy tuck was approved by Oxford, what did they require in terms of documentation/necessity? I am almost 4 months out and have a way to go, but want to begin documenting my difficulties with both my surgeon and PCP so they have the info when I am ready for the procedure next summer. Thanks!!
