I have been on a plateau for the past 4 to 6 six and I have tried everything.
Increasing my water intake, my protein intake and excercise, but nothing seems to be working. I think I have to be more patient. Has anyone ever tried the Designer Whey Protein Blast Drink? I found these in the local GNC and they have 2 of the 4 flavours on sale so I want to try them. Thanks for the imput.
