Is there any specific creams or products you can suggest post-op?

I am wondering if anyone can tell me products that you have used, that have noticibly worked, to help out skin appearance after you start losing weight. There are numerous cellulite reducing creams, scar & stretch mark creams and I'd like to see if anyone has tried them.
