What size clothing am I shopping for?

I don't understand the next clothing size. I've been shopping in the plus size clothing for a long time and I do understand the 26/28, 22/24 and on down. Now I'm at 14/16 and that's the smallest size in the plus size dept. Where do I go now? Womens sizes? Junior sizes? What is the next size under the 14? What is a 13 and what is with the odd numbers? Is the 14 plus size the same as a 14 in the "regular" sizes? Where do I go next? Thanks for helping me dress myself!
