I need to know what blood looks like coming back up.

I thought I read on here a few weeks back that the blood looks like it is dried? I have been nautious for about three weeks with diarhea. I am now throwing up clear with what looks to be dry blood. Anyone experience this? I have tried everything to get over this, but it refuses to go away. I have to go every hour it seems and it is violent. Please, excuse the grossness of this post. I am getting really worried.
