Im' wondering when the dr. says clear diet for week one and full liquid for weeks 2-4

does that mean start on full liquids two weeks from date of surgery or do you start seven days from your surgery. I had surgery on May 20th and Im on liquids It'll be 7 days tomorrow and Im wondering if its ok to go to the next phase or do they mean 2wks from surgery which will be June 3rd. Another Question is when do you finally eat normal meaning anything(Thats good for you of course)you want but in smaller portions
