Help!! I am 2 months post-op and I am vomiting what looks like tobacco .

I have thrown up for about 8 hours today. It started out like brown liquid and coffee grounds or tobacco. Now,there is less brown liquid,but still the "stuff". What do you think it is? I have put a call in to my surgeon. I am also having a great deal of back pain. I cannot hold anything down tonight,not even ice chips.
