CSD/USA Deaf Relay

Hello. I work full-time at CDS/USA Deaf Relay. I am in Lubbock, but they have offices all over the place. I was wondering if you or anybody you know has applied for and gotten approved for WLS while working there. On their website (c-s-d.org) it states that they are a "Self-funded Group Health Insurance Plan with South Dakota Association of the Deaf. We utilize a self-insured plan that is administered by SIEBA, LTD." I am not eligible for benefits until the 26th, so I have not applied. Do you know anything about this company? Any information would be appreciated.
