PRE-EXISTING CONDITION???

I currently have United Health Care HMO. WLS is a direct exclusion. I will have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota PPO in 6 weeks with a second job I just got. WLS must be medically necessary. Will the pre-existing condition affect me??
