has anyone done no white carbs and still get to goal?
HI I am 8 months out, I have lost 120 pounds and doing well, have like 25-30 more to go. I tried doing the atkins but it made me depressed and think about food all the time. Plus I read that when you go off it you gain it all back. I was going to just cut out the white carbs and eat like wheat bread and fruit for the carbs but of course always eat protien first. I was going to add an extra day at the gym and really drink that water, do you think I can still get to goal? Thank you in advance for your support and honesty. Love, Nicole
