How do I post a comment on my surgery page?

I want to thank all the wonderful people who have posted on my page but I cannot figure out how to post on it myself. I read some journals and all of their entries are on their surgery page.....anyone able to explain? So thanks to all and for all the prayers and well wishes. I leave home at 4 am to get to the hospital by 6 in the am so I doubt I will be posting then.
