Would anyone think it is strange not to do a Psych exam?

I didn't get much testing done- I only had 3 little tubes of blood drawn, And a ultrasound on my Gall bladder, Liver, Spleen, and Kidneys. Nothing else was done anyone seen this before? I have surgery in 5 days.
