How do you use ice trays to help with food measurement after surgery?
I'm sure there is another question about this somewhere, but I have looked and I can't seem to find one. My doctor suggested that I buy some ice trays to freeze portions of food. Has anyone else done this and if so, what exactly did you do? Also, any other suggestions for things to have on hand after surgery would be greatly appreciated. Only 7 more days to go!
