Does anyone know a good Plastic Surgeon from NC who works with WLS patients

I am researching Plastic Surgery and was wondering if anyone knows of a good Plastic Surgeon from NC who has worked with WLS patients. Also, when should I get these and in what order. I will soon be at goal and would thank anyone for any information you could give me. Thanks
