4 Weeks Post Op, Severe Nausea, Advice Needed.

Every morning I wake up I feel sick on my stomach like I need to throw-up but I fight it and so far I have been lucky not to have vomited I am almost 4 weeks post - op and this has been going on about for a week I told my doc and he gave me phenergren( mispelled ) but when I take that I feel even worse I have tried drinking and eating a little to see if that would help but nothing is working around noon I seem to feel better but so drained from feeling like I am going to puke all morning. Any advice is appreciated.
