Is it okay to
I read on a website that the best time to consume protein is upon waking and just before sleep. I was wondering if anyone else "protein loaded" at night and if it has any benefit? I drink a protein shake in the morning (mine is low carb, 30g protein) and was thinking of adding one before bed too. Any insight on this?? Hugs, Kim S. Open RNY Nov. 4/02 (-111 lbs.)
