Oozing from scar- 2 Months Post Op. Input Needed.

I had my open RNY 2 months ago and have been oozing from my scar ever since. I asked the surgeon and he said it's normal. Well, the bottom part cleared up about 2 weeks ago and the top of the scar opened a tiny bit, not even a quarter of an inch and there is now something about the size of a pimple sticking out. I have been pushing it in and putting Neosporin and gauge on, but could this be a tiny piece of intestine??? I was wondering if it too will heal on it's own or if I need a couple stitches. Anyone have this happen?
