Can someone who used walter lindstrom please tell me how?

can you please tell me how long after you spoke with his wife Kelly did you recieve thier package I spoke with her last week and she told me she will e-mail my package but I have not recieved it yet,she told me they can help me and to get together certain documents I have but I still am waiting for thier package. Can u please tell me if you used them how long it generaly taked to recieve it..thank You
