what happens if your stress test comes back with a little abnormalties

my stress test came back with a little abnormalties, and my doctor has to read them before he could tell me anything. im worried that they might stop the surgery on may 29th. but he also seems to think its because of my size and thats why it is the way it is. any advise would be greatly appreciated.
