I'm 5'11 and appx 380

I'll be having surgery on May 19th. My goal is to get down to about 180. I was hoping there may be someone out there that started about the same as myself, and has made goal. I'd love it if any of you would be willing to share your "after" pictures with me, so I can get an idea of what to expect. It's sometimes difficult to get an image when youre as tall as I am. Thanks for any help.
