Does an abdominoplasty remove

I am just wondering if an abdominoplasty will remove the love-handles and excess fat around my waist in the back. I have lost 160 lbs in the past year and I have excess fat/skin (mainly fat, rather than just hanging skin) all around my middle and I'm hoping an abdominoplasty won't leave my stomach flat but my back still fat. Also, does an abdominoplasty improve, in any way, the inner thighs and buttocks? Thanks so much!
