I'm a 46H right now, how much can I expect to lose?

Honestly, I've never been small...since the age of 16, my breasts have been larger than normal. Since I've never been normal weight before the age of 16, I would not know what to expect in the breast department when I lose the weight. They have increased in size as I've gained weight over the years, but I really wish I could see an "after" picture of myself now! Anyone have an idea of what I should expect?
