Will too much protein hinder my loss or otherwise be bad for me?
Do ya'all count your suplimental (shakes/bars) protien in with the total grams you're supposed to get a day? Like if my requirement is 80-120grams a day... and I drink 2 protien shakes at 25 grams each, do I then only need 30-70 grams of protien from food? What if I exceed that total amount of 120 grams... is this bad? Will it harm me or cause me not to lose?
