I need help with figuring out the nutrition value in my shake.
I wanted to know if someone could help me with the carbs, protein, sugar, and fat content in my homemade protein drinks? I use 8-10 ounces of fat free skim milk, one scoop of Designer whey protein powder, one half a banana, three frozen strawberries, and one packet of Splenda. I know the milk is 0 fat grams, and 9 protein grams. I also know that the protein powder is 90 grams of fat, and 17.5 grams of protein. The milk is kinda high in carbs and sugar, but I cannot remember the exat numbers. Anyway, I couldn't figure out the 1/2 banana and three strawberries on fitday.com. Can anyone here help?
