Why am I gaining weight.. 2 weeks post op

I was doing really well the first 10 days was down 18 pounds now I have steadly gained 3 pounds in the past few days .. Im not eating any different , doing my protien and drinking enough fluid. I eat like a bird how can I be gaining.. its very discouraging..
