How much weight can I expect to lose?

How much weight can someone who's starting weight was 317 and is 5'11" expect to lose. I've only lost 47lbs in aproximately 13 weeks, and the scale has not moved in the last 3 weeks.If there is anyone on the site with the same height and weight, I'd sure love to hear from you!
