How many meals a day are y'all eating?

I have heard several members say they eat 6 small meals a day. Almost 2 weeks ago I started eating a Balance bar for breakfast(I use to never eat b-fast)a small lunch, another Balance bar a couple hours after lunch with maybe a few slices of yummy cheese, then about 4-5 hours later dinner. It actually jump started my weight loss which had slowed down. I lost 3 lbs in a few days. Maybe it was the added protein? Each balance bar has 15 grams of protien and they are less than 2oz in size and about 200 calories. What has been your experience?
